Shouldn't that be 'subversion-1.0.0.tar.gz' instead? No matter if we do
even/odd or whatever, the version model we are adopting:

        http://apr.apache.org/versioning.html

mandates that versions are denoted as triplets of integers. It would be best
(IMHO) to have the filename completely encapsulate the internal version
representation.
