I won't add Windows-specific scripts that rely on cygwin to the
repository. Perhaps someday if I find the time to rewrite it in Python.

Of course it's simple. Extract it anywhere, then copy everything under
the top directory. There is a very good reason why the zip file contains
a top-level directory.
