Re: DAV and HTTP_USER_AGENT

It could be a buggy firewall which newer versions of neon do not like.
Neon-0.24.2 works fine with ours, but when I tried to upgrade to
neon-0.24.4 it broke with this same error because the firewall is
returning a bad result on a connect. Try downgrading to neon-0.24.2 and
see if that works. Joe Orton said he'd try to get it fixed for 0.25.
