I think the milestones on those issues are spurious. They'll need the
same voting process as any other 1.0 change. (If accepted into 1.0,
then their current milestone is fine, of course).

Thanks for holding off on the non-1.0 work, by the way. Even though
trunk is technically separate from 1.0 at this point, it helps a lot
if we're conservative even on trunk.
