I'll be sending in an updated version to the list. There needs to be some
discussion how this subject relates to README.errors in subversion/libsvn_subr/
and whether this is a HACKING change or a README.errors change. To answer
your question: no, it's not a real good patch yet: no issue please. (If it
were, it should be added to issue 897 though.)
