win access denied error still there?

i got a:

svn: Problem on first log entry in a working copy
svn: in directory 'trunk/src'
svn: start_handler: error processing command 'delete-entry' in 'trunk/src'
svn: Access is denied.
svn: svn_io_remove_dir: removing 'trunk/src/sysdoc/xsl/.svn'

with svn-0.33, w2k.
