There is no such tag yet.

The reason for the one week between branching and release is to make it
possible to find and fix serious bugs before the real release.

The change that Patrick requested fixes a showstopper for the javahl
code, and the change does not even touch code outside javahl. Including
that patch can only make the release better. Without this patch, javahl
does not even compile.

I strongly suggest including this change in the release.
