Sure, it's a small change, but there's still no reason to rush it in.
It's not like a comment fix or an obvious bugfix, where the risk is
really zero. And we're going to need a 0.35 anyway, for the
auto-deltification changes.

Also, there's still an ongoing discussion of what the default should
be, and it would be nice (though I suppose not strictly necessary) for
that to be settled before this appears in a release.

There's no compelling reason to put this in 0.34, and some reasons not
to. So let's not.
