By the way, we shouldn't include this in 0.34 IMHO -- a change like
this ought to get some soak time. Not that this matters: it can still
be committed on trunk right now, of course. We'll just tell Jostein
an earlier revision for the release branch (haven't figured out
exactly which one yet, that's part of the other work I was talking
about).
