Thanks for the notice, Roland!

I'm going to start using 4.2.50 for daily development, just to see
what happens. Other developers may want to do the same. If we can
establish that it works fine with Subversion, then maybe we won't have
to ship SVN 1.0 with a version of Berkeley DB so ancient it has
dinosaur tracks in the source files.
