To include debug symbols or compile ordinary programs with debug info is
_very_ unusual so I'm not including the PDB's without thoughts. On the
other hand: -This is alpha and I think we should include them until late
beta (release candidate) or 1.0.

It would be very nice to get rid of 30% of the size of the ordinary
installer (maybe switch them with the Python bindings?) so alternatives
are most welcome.
