Relative sizes still work in this case, for all except the base size.
And if that's the only difference, it's probably better to use @screen
and @print media selectors within the stylesheet itself, so that only a
single stylesheet is required.

Personally, I don't see any reason to fix the size for printing from a
web browser---if somebody wants the size larger to see on the screen,
they'd probably want the size larger when printed on paper as well (I
know I would).
