Request: Add /include & /lib to Win32 binary packages

[Sorry if this is a duplicate. I regularly have to post two or three
times before messages appear...]

I've got a request to make to help with adoption of SVN where I'm
working.

One of the big selling points of SVN vs. other packages for us was the
programming-level API. So far, though, it appears that the only way to
get to that API is to start with the source distribution. Then we'll
have to gather, install, and configure and build all of the dependencies
(apache, zlib, neon, openssl, Berkeley) and then build the lib files.

Now, Subversion *has* made available a pre-compiled version of the Win32
BDB libraries, and they have /bin, /include, and /lib directories so we
can do the linking without needing to compile BDB. That's a great help.

I guess this question is mostly targeted to Brane and Jostein since they
usually maintain the Win32 binary distribution and the installer, but
others' feedback is welcome as well. Would it be possible/desirable to
add /include and /lib directories into the Subversion binary
distributions like we did for the BDB libraries?

If we could do that, it would be a TREMENDOUS help for us. (Now, if we
could include a /dll directory as well [properly populated, of course
:-)], then I'd be REALLY impressed!)
