To be a little more specific:

We generally put a "* " before the filename. (There are also some
conventions about putting a colon after the filename, if there's a
change at the "top level", or after the first sectional change, if
that change is listed in a paren group... But that part's less
important, and may not apply here anyway.)

The "* " helps with finding the file boundaries automatically.

No patch should ever be rejected because of such a minor nit, I'd hope
:-). Jani can commit directly, so that's not an issue here.
