Has anything else happened with this patch? I had someone here just
starting to become familiar with building Subversion on Windows so he
could build DLLs for use by our Visual Basic process management tools,
then this thread popped up. So, we put our internal project on hold,
hoping that DLLs would become part of a later official binary release,
making an internal custom build unnecessary.
I don't recall seeing any further activity on this topic. So, to help
me plan my internal project better, I've gotta ask... What are the
chances of DLLability in 0.33? Beta? 1.0?
(Oh, and, uh, FWIW, we self-centered leeches who haven't yet contributed
to this project truly are very grateful for the tireless work of the
rest of you. Hmmmmm. why didn't that make me feel any less guilty for
asking the question?)

Yes, the resource script pulls in the number from svn_version.h.
