Re: "svn mv" on non-empty directory --> "WC not locked" or "txn out of date"

I can confirm on encountering the same behaviour, which has caused us some
problems. I suspect that this is one of the causes of the problems that I
reported to the list two weeks ago (see
http://www.contactor.se/~dast/svn/archive-2003-10/0695.shtml).

What is really troublesome, in my opinion, is that this behaviour can make
the wc enter a erroneous state where it is supposedly at HEAD and complete,
even though it silently ignored getting a couple of files (they weren't even
listen in the entries file).

Why do I think this is cause of that issue? Well, we're using lots of
auto-generated files (which don't reside in the repos) and as I think of it,
the problems emerged after moving one dir in the repos, where the
corresponding wc's contained such auto-generated files.

Apart from those problems, we're running subversion at work in our daily
production and it is really a huge liberation compared to Visual Studio that
we used before.

Cheers,

Michael Grundberg
