Well, even with the perceived bug fixed, I still get the same behavior
for 'svn blame' and 'svn log' from a freshly dumped and loaded copy of
your repository. That's disappointing, but I'm not giving up yet. :-)

First things first. I need to verify that what I think is a bug is in
fact a bug. Then I need to commit the fix to that bug. *Then* I need
to figure out why your situation is still bogus.
