Re: [PATCH] Mandrake RPM build set update

Here is the longer log message if you feel it is more appropriate than the
short one I sent.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/Makefile
    Changes: BLESSED is just a 1/0 (Default of 1) - trunk ignores this flag
             STRICT option added to allow --enable-maintainer-mode flag
               for all builds except for docs - no configure present (Default
of 0)
             File location macros moved earlier in non-config section
             Version url determined from svn_version.h, not current directory
             Able to use svn switch to compile older versions
             Blessed release number determined from version from CHANGES
             Javahl cannot be built before v 0.31.0
             Html documentation requestd when docbook present w/o fop
             USE_FOP macro passed to subversion.spec
             Documentation build requested reported during make

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/subversion.spec
    Changes: strict_mode macro to allow --enable-maintainer-mode
             build_dir macro changed to correctly use fullsrc macro basename
             use_fop macro to determine if pdf docs should be built
             docbook presence triggers html doc build
             added steps to create/package svnadmin-XX.XX.XX-static
               in subversion-repos w/ shared version
             subversion-base docs now in /usr/share/doc/subversion-XX.XX.XX
             subversion-server subpackage renamed subversion-apache2-modules
             subversion-apache2-modules subpackage now obsoletes
               subversion-server subpackage.
             subversion-raw-doc conflicts w/ subversion-doc subpackage
             subversion-doc obsoletes subversion-raw-doc when present.
             subversion-doc package correctly builds w/ html if possible
               even when pdf is not
             subversion-doc includes /book, /misc-docs as well as raw /doc
             man files for svnadmin, svndumpfilter and svnlook moved to
                 subversion-repos subpackage from subversion-base
             subversion-tools move /usr/lib/subversion to rpmsave version
               on name collision during installation and restores on removal
             subversion-tools creates symlink /usr/lib/subversion from
               /usr/share/subversion-XX.XX.XX and removes on removal
             renamed INSTALL_DIR cmdline parameter to INSTALL_DOC_DIR
             subpackages gracefully remove empty directories w/ no warnings
             autogen.sh calls quieter when silent macro set
             apache2 modules and configuration only present when requested added
             contribs packages reincluded in subversion-tools for the moment
               until contribs authors can reply with package requests
             created subversion-svnserve subpackage for svnserve files
             subversion-svnserve subpackage depends on subversion-common
             renamed subversion-base subpackage as subversion-common
             subversion-common obsoletes subversion-base
             changed descriptions and clarified others
             updated changelog

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/svn-book.patch
    Changes: renamed INSTALL_DIR cmdline parameter to INSTALL_DOC_DIR
               due to -e flag override

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/README
    Changes: Added section in the beginning to describe all Makefile
               and command line options during RPM build process
             Added segment to list common Mandrake RPM binary package
               websites in an effort to avoid using Cooker RPMs.
             Moved Mark Proctor's section to HOWTO-NON_RPM-9.1
             Removed extraneous information.
             Added subversion-javahl package information.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/HOWTO-NON_RPM-9.1
    Added: Mandrake 9.1 non-rpm compilation instructions.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/HOWTO-NON_RPM-9.2
    Added: Mandrake 9.2 non-rpm compilation instructions.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/FAQ
    Added: Simpler set of question-answer format instructions to help users
           get up to speed faster.
