Our intention is/was to create the Win32 binaries ourselves instead of
waiting on the releases. Maybe we find a solution where some of the core
devs would put the releases to the 'files' area

after some doubt of Dimentiy I switched back from VC7.1 to VC6.
Since I use viewcvs and need the bindings too, I did it.
