One free Release Manager Hat to first taker!

Hi all,

It is with deep regret that I must announce my resignation from the
position of release manager. With recent changes in my life, which
began at just about the same time I started in this role, I find that
I have very little time to keep up with all that is currently going
on in the world of Subversion. As a result, I feel the quality of
releases is not consistent with what software of Subversion's caliber
deserves.

So, I mark 0.32.0 my last bad release, and elect to go out on the
high-note that is 0.32.1 :)

Anyone who feels up to the challenge, feel free to speak up. I'll
hang around until someone else can take over, and will gladly help
get the next release manager up to speed.

In closing, I wish to thank kfogel, sussman, cmpilato, and the rest
of the Subversion community for all the help and support they've
provided mein attempting to "give something back". I couldn't have
asked for a better crowd of people to work with!

And thanks for a great piece of software!

(cmike, since I'll no longer be on the payroll, I'll no longer be
washing your car :)

It may look like I'm just sitting here doing nothing,
but I'm really actively waiting for all my problems to go away.
