I just compile 0.32.0 for win32.
This is "unofficial" build (not from brane). But it works fine for me.
You can grab it from http://www.dimentiy.info/svn/svn-win32-0.32.0.zip .

Sources compiled with VS 6.0 SP5 using libs & headers from PSDK FEB
2003.

Unfortunately, proxy in my office don't allow to upload big files to
http://subversion.tigris.org area :(
Can anybody make this?
