Actually no. I think my question is slightly simpler. :)

Given the source in a tag directory, how do you determine the rev of a
blessed build from that source? From the CHANGES file? From the tree? From
a log message? From a property set in the tree?

For example - subversion 0.29.0 - what is the blessed build rev number for
it?
