Oh, I see,

I've got python.exe in my path and I just ran 'win-tests.py -r' in the
directory where I compiled subversion all the time. It worked for quite
a while. Passing a test directory helps a lot :-) I hadn't noticed, that
this is necessary now.
The diff-diff3 test always fails, like on your machine.
