Re: while loading shared libraries: libneon.so.23: cannot open shared object fil

Probably you need to rebuild the rapidsvn RPM with the latest
subversion-devel and latest neon-devel.

I've built it but I've not been able to get rapdisvn to work for me for
several months but haven't had time to ask the author about it yet.
