We try to stay to a two week limit, so 0.32 should come out Tuesday
(and some of the current 0.32 issues, notably issue #1490, will
probably be deferred to 0.33, which hopefully will be the milestone
that gets tagged as "Beta", a.k.a., first 1.0 release candidate).
