Sure, I hear ya. My only concern is that, as things are today, the
'man pages' sit in the tree completed. They don't have to be crunch
by some pre-processor, or compiled, or anything. A user can download
the tarball, and examine svn.1 or svnadmin.1 and immediately find the
real docs.

That said, this issue doesn't merit the investment of any more of my
debating time -- I don't feel *that* strongly about it. :-)
