I am thinking that client will do this checking, in this case we have
a client rN and a server rN+X. Version N+X (the server) support
svn:cool_prop, version rN doesn't.

However, If in every entry point properties are checked that them are
legal (in XML sense), and if they are just properties "without meaning"
for an ignorance party (client or server), then, so perhaps there isn't any
compatibility problem. =)

It depends of what the ignorance party will do when it sees a property
that doesn't make sense.
