The problem is, uninstall scripting is not (yet) supported by Inno Setup.

Couldn't find anything with google. Perhaps you could search for a specific
window name? On my computer there's a window named "Apache Service
Monitor",
class "ApacheServiceMonitorClass". On 2K/XP you should also be able to use
"net start" to get a list of all running services, and look for "Apache2".
But probably not a good way to do it.
