I have the "create repository as user/group" patch outstanding, but with the
last two days spent fighting a W32/nachi infection inside our network (hundreds
of computers), I just don't have the energy to deal with it right now. If I
magically find some tuits before 0.32.0, then maybe I can argue to the group
that it should be applied pre-1.0.

In either case +1 FWIW...
