I could do that. Unfortunately, that will probably cause more havoc than good.

You can use *any* jdk and the SUN one's also come in shell script flavors.

Dunno. I've tried a bunch of different one's. I'd hate to mandate a requirement
only to have to have the user install subversion w/ a --nodeps every time.

That was one of my big hangups w/ neon being supplied as neon in redhat and
libneon0.2x from Mandrake - I kept having to circumvent the builtin's just to
use the darn thing.

I know more and more people are relying on urpmi and as such would hate to have
to mandate a Redhat package since those are not automatigically installable
from any Mandrake mirror.

If Mandrake started including that as an RPM on a ditro, I would definitely add
it to the bunch, like I did w/ the docbook dependencies (if you ask to compile
documentation).

Thanks for the suggestion though. I'll just keep praying to the Mandrake gods
to include the JDK RSN.
