Search the dev list for "access is denied" :-) There appear to be a
few fundamental filesystem operations that occasionally fail. Efforts
to reproduce the problem outside of Subversion have not been
successful as far as I recall. At one point CVS on Windows was
reported to suffer from the same problem.
