SVN linking error

Hi I'm trying to compile svn 0.30.0 for the first time on a windows box
and I'm getting a weird linking error. I downloaded apr-0.9.4 (util and
iconv as well) and neon-0.24.2 and they compiled fine, but when I try to
compile (or specifically link) the svn project I get this:
