diff behavior

This seems amazing to me. Someone just pointed out to me that 'svn
diff' prints out all plus-signs for schedule-add files, but completely
ignores files that are schedule-add-with-history.

Is this somehow a side-effect of the ability to show diffs *within* a
schedule-add-with-history?

I mean, yeah, poor 'svn diff' is saddled with the burden of somehow
showing the whole "A +" file if it has no local mods, but if it *does*
have local mods, only showing the local mods, right? What's our
policy on this?

The use case here was simple: somebody did a 'svn rename foo bar',
and expected 'svn diff' to show more than just a deletion.
