Files, while I agree with Sussman, I also think that any decent
MUA should wrap where appropriate. FWIW, your messages all come
through fine for me :)

One thought might be to compose your message in emacs/vi/your editor of choice
and then paste it into the phpgroupware thingy. Tedious, but, a good
editor will make you feel better when composing lengthy e-mails,
since it won't have the shortcomings of a lousy web interface.
(this is what I do when I need to access my e-mail from the web).
