Wait a second here. Isn't the Release Manager supposed to be the *only*
person committing to the release branch? This commit plus one from David
Summers were both ported over to the branch. I don't think that is the
Right Thing to do. As RM, Paul is working on getting a *stable* release
out. If people keep dropping in changes while he does that, then you're
completely messing up his task.

If you *ask* and he says it is okay, then I'd expect to see that on the
list, and probably a comment to that fact in the log message. Maybe
something like "approved by RM for inclusion". Or just let Paul do the
commit.
