Bug in Tigris mailing list browser thread display

The mailing list thread linked from a comment in Subversion issue 1191:

  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/BrowseList?list=dev&by=thread&from=88612

shows a perfectly reasonable view of 9 messages in that thread, except that:

1) The first one listed:

  issues@subversion.tigris.org [Issue 1191] New - svn cat (and others?) don't look to working copy for properti 2003-03-14

is a link to http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=3805 which is not that message: it does not have that title or date.

2) they aren't sorted in a useful order. So I click on the "Date" column heading, and get to:

  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/BrowseList?listName=dev&from=88612&to=88612&count=9&by=date

and this is a totally bogus display. It shows 20 messages all from today, not in that thread, and says:

  Messages 1 through 20 of 9 shown
