Windows: Patch can't process SVN Diff output

Same bug here. Svn diff output contained LF line breaks, missing the CR. I
could patch after manually changing the line breaks.

Patch output (using patch util from http://unxutils.sourceforge.net):

patching file `myfile.txt'
Assertion failed: hunk, file patch.c, line 321
abnormal program termination

I was using:

svn, version 0.29.0 (r6976)
compiled Sep 8 2003, 00:45:48
