Hmmm, I need to be more specific -- I have run all tests over local,
dav, and svn on Windows and RH9. RH9 passes everything, Windows fails
the two I mentioned (on all protocols, of course).

Running tests over all protocols is general practice when changes are
made, isn't it? I'm somewhat paranoid and so I run them on RH9 as well
as Windows when I make any changes.

I can commit it if no one objects and the patch looks good.
