package/rpm/mandrake9.1/Makefile

I found one small omission in the GPG options for the Mandrake Makefile.

The quick fix will be done in the next half hour or so (how ever long it takes to
compile).

The long term fix will be to go through the make file to ensure that I "sed"ify any
macros sent into the subversion.spec file.

If anyone has any problems at the moment, let me know. It cropped up AFTER I
started changing the gpgpath to something other than the default I had originally -
which was static in the subversion.spec file.
