Noted. I'm intending to set up a native-Windows subversion/python
environment. Unfortunately, given the extreme slowness of by net connection
(modem over bad phone lines), the necesary downloading is quite an effort.

Was there any reason this patch has not already been committed, except for
lack of committer attention?
