Hey fitz, all of your changes were made to ch08, which is great, but I
fear they won't be noticed by casual readers. For example, the two
items above should probably also be added as footnotes (sidebars?
parenthesis?) to chapter 4. A lot of casual readers learn about
copy/move/swtich just by reading chapter 4, and then assume they're
done... they're not about to start reading details in ch08 right away.

Same here... perhaps a footnote in ch03, where you first explain 'st
-u'?
