The update and trans test failures were just because Windows uses
backslashes versus slashes -- likely just test buglets. The commit test
failure is similar, but is because svn is displaying a relative path
when an absolute path is expected in the commit results.

In other words, .29 is the best release yet (as is the norm), IMO, and I
am pretty much an exclusive Windows user.
