"Not a competent admin, yet has root access" is a scary combination
I'm not sure I want to deal with!

But "do it right the first time" has a nice ring to it. I might also
add "one less thing for the busy (though competent;-) admin to
remember."

It might be objected that "--user=nobody" is one thing, and "chown -R
nobody" is one thing, and "one" is not less than "one." This is
mathematically correct, of course, but does not measure the "to
forget" space. The competent-but-overworked-but-cautious admin,
thinking "let's make a repo," is likely to start with

        svnadmin create --help

If that includes "--user," then the user stuff need no longer be _remembered._
