In that case, I have a personal interest in this :-)

How did you do it? Did you read and follow the instructions in
packages/win32-innosetup/Readme.txt? In that case, was it easy to
understand? (so far, I have no feedback on this).

At the moment, I believe that it's more important that the zip file is
provided.
I think Branko are running all the Python tests aviable (and then some
more) before he are uploading the zip file, have you done that?
