Probably not before 1.0, but no promises.

I don't see how the process can be made any simpler. You dump a
repository with one command, create a new repository, then load the
dumpfile with another command.

Sorry... don't mean to be insulting... but you're in charge of of
administering 30 repositories, but don't know how to write a script
which repeats 3 commands over a list of paths? :-)
