It looks like that user's mail server is still using Osirusoft as a spam
blacklist. Osirusoft recently shutdown and blacklisted the entire world
after being subject to a DDOS attack over a prolonged period of time. The
admin of the luxik.cdi.cz mail server must have been asleep for the past
week and not removed Osirusoft from their spam filter.
