The fink package has now also been updated:

You might need to wait up to 24h before the cvs servers have
synchronized.

To get it type 'fink selfupdate-cvs' and 'fink install svn-ssl' or
'fink install svn-client-ssl' in the Terminal.

Note that the svn Fink package is still in the unstable tree. To
enable it, please read the Fink FAQ:
