Nope :-).

Seriously -- parallelization is utterly crucial to this project. If
you want to contribute to minimally, you'll need to be comfortable
adding information to issues in the issue tracker. It's really
simple: just make sure you have an account at subversion.tigris.org,
that it has the 'Observer' role in project Subversion, and that you're
"logged in" to the website at the time you add comments to the issue.

The links are all there, it should be fairly self-explanatory. Please
post to users@subversion.tigris.org if you have any trouble.
