SVN::Web 0.30 released.

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce SVN::Web 0.30 is now available on CPAN, featuring:

* view a revision
* branch information support
* commit log in rss feed

It should resemble all existing viewcvs' svn functionality, except diffing
arbitary revisions of a file. that will be implemented along with
branches/directories diffing.

a live demo site displaying the viewcvs repository (converted from cvs with
vcp) could be found at http://svn.openfoundry.org/svnweb/viewcvs/browse/trunk/
