yes, i'm very sure of it. the only svnadmin recover i did is _after_
the corruption happened, and i turned off apache before running recover.

the bad import at revision 810 was the very same import of rev 811 later
on, with two files i forgot to remove (.gdbhistory and Makefile.old).
810 is svn import http://svn.elixus.org/repos/member/clkao (without SVN-Simple
in the url path component), while 811 correctly the url for import.

the corruption happened before 811 was committed.

Other than that, the repository was mounted at http://svn.elixus.org/
in addition to http://svn.elixus.org/repos as well as https of both
url. the root mount has some problem when anchor is /, so i mounted
it on /repos also. but / is still there because there are some people
still using it.

Cheers,
CLK
